WHAT WILL I GET FROM YOGA?

Yoga can help to build a healthy, consistent routine to your somewhat hectic life.  Vinyasa yoga benefits include increased flexibility, mental focus, cardiovascular conditioning, calorie-burn and muscle development.  Carly’s dance training means you will be guided through a fun, dance, flowy practice.

DO YOU JUST TEACH YOGA?

No, I trained extensively in all dance styles and can offer private classes.  Drop me an email for more info!

DO I HAVE TO BRING ANY EQUIPMENT WITH ME?

If you are joining one of the classes at Pineapple they have Mats at Reception and some blocks/straps.  You are welcome to bring your own Mat with you or just borrow one of theirs.  If you are coming to Oakfield or Buckland please bring your own mat (and any blocks/straps if you have them) or email me if you need to borrow a mat!

WHAT LEVEL AM I?

Beginner - A good class to attend if you are new to Yoga or want a re-fresh.  The class will be at a slower pace with the main focus on alignment of positions.

Beg/General - Beginners are welcome but the class will be a slightly quicker pace.  Expect to flow through 60mins of Vinyasa.

General/Intermediate - Very similar to a General class but we will aim to get to harder postures and will generally be a stronger class.  *I would suggest that you have attended Yoga for 2-3years or intensely for 1 year.
